Two Weeks Notice!

OK, I am a little late, there is less than two weeks until SnowFest 2007. Time to start getting your shit together. I am happy to report that all lifts are now operational and every run is open! I was out to the lodge twice on Saturday for a story in the morning and boarding with Ann at night and conditions were perfect! On Feb. 9th the lifts will be open till 2AM, so we should have plenty of time for skiing/snowboarding, and tubing if desired! Let me know if you need anything, Later!

Sad SnowFest News....this one hurts!

An integral member of "the Family" has announced he can not participate in our outing. Due to other commitments Bull will not be attending SnowFest 2007. This will significantly diminish the amount of nudity at SnowFest. SnowFest Inc. apologizes for this inconvenience but accepts zero liability, although the suffix "fest" implies nudity, it was never guaranteed!

BRING YOUR SUITS!!!!!!!!! High Five!

Nothing beats a soak in the hot tub with a cold beer after a chilly day skiing and snowboarding. So remember to bring you swimsuits for a relaxing dip in the whirlpool to cap off a day of winter bliss! We have enough towels for all!

STEELERS great makes headlines with another team!

Tony Dungy of STEELERS fame used STEELERS history, grit, determination, cunning, and playbook on Sunday to defeat the Patriots and move on to the Super Bowl. In addition to winning in true STEELERS fashion the current coach of a mid-west football team once the pride of Baltimore mentioned Fort Wayne in his post game comments, saying it would be the perfect location for Super Bowl XLI. Congrats to Fort Wayne for getting mentioned on a global stage.

and special congrats to the mighty PITTSBURGH STEELERS for continuing a winning tradition and putting another STEELERS face in the Super Bowl!

Less than a month for SnowFest!!!

The time is quickly approaching for the first annual "Family" SnowFest outing. Good news, SnowTrails will be keeping the lifts running until 2am on Friday the 9th for all of you latenight ski bums! I will be taking off Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday(all days I am usually scheduled) . I would appreciate it if you would let me know what your plans are as well. Let me know what I can add to this site to help out. In case any of you were wondering, Snow Trails has been open on a limited basis, they are pretty good about keeping a minimum amount of runs open. They are closed Today(Tuesday) to make snow since the weather dropped to the mid 20s. In the past melting snow has not stopped Snow Trails, they just make more, but four straight days of rain and 50 degree days was too much .On Saturday the 10th they are planning a Big Air Contest which is pretty cool, my money is on Bull! Keep in touch and I will try to keep this updated with relevant info!
